We are currently looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant (French/English) to support our HR department in daily operations. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR administration (employee files, contracts, certificates)
• Attendance follow-up (absences, lateness, justifications)
• Support payroll preparation (variable elements)
• Recruitment support (CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)
• HR communication and reporting in French and English
• Participate in meetings and public speaking when required
Profile Required:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR is an advantage
• Good command of Excel and MS Office tools
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and proactive
