On behalf of one of our customers, we are looking for Senior ERP Analayst.
Location
Dakar with occasional travel to sites.

Role description
The Senior ERP Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of the company’s ERP systems. This role involves collaborating with business departments to understand their business needs, translating those needs into system requirements, and ensuring the ERP system supports those requirements. The Senior ERP Analyst will also provide expert-level troubleshooting, system optimisation, and user training and collaborate with the IT department.

• Manage data migration and integration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO, SYSCOA).
• Implement cybersecurity measures and conduct risk assessments.
• Participate in cross-functional ERP projects.

Required profile
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.


Experience, skills and knowledge
• Proven ERP Analyst experience, preferably in engineering/mining.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, ideally IFS).
• Skilled in complex SQL queries and data reporting.
• Project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English and French proficiency.
• Analytical, collaborative, independent, and a fast learner.
