A Finance Manager.

• Financial Management in Port Operations
• Tax Compliance and Optimization
• Audit and Regulatory Compliance
• Billing and Revenue Management
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Accounting and Taxation Compliance for the Ndayane Project
• Leadership and Team Development
• Strategic Support

Qualifications, experience and skills
Required Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in the port or logistics sector is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Senegalese tax laws and regulations, particularly those affecting port operations and international trade.
• Proficiency in financial and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, tailored to the challenges of port operations.
• Experience in multinational organizations or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance and operations
Preferred skills and attributes
• Experience in multinational organizations or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with the financial dynamics of terminal operations and logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
