Our client operates in the telco sector.
The chief Marketing Officer is in charfe of implementing and running an optimal, innovative and evolving marketing strategy to boost visibility and sales of the company’s goods or services.
Main duties & responsibilites
• Manage the implementation of the marketing strategy (design, coordination and evaluation) to ensure the development of our brand and refine the strategic orientations regarding market trend
• Supervise the deployment of the defined strategy and ensure appropriate follow-up to increase our brand and offers visibility, win new customers and boost customer satisfaction
• Identify growth opportunities and defining development orientations
• Oversee the optimization of the company’s visibility: traffic generation campaigns, SEO, merchandising, collaborations with other brands…
• Supervise the design and production of sales aids (brochures, physical supports for sales action plans, catalogs, sales pitches, etc.).
• Monitor the performance of actions carried out using key performance indicators (notably web traffic, acquisition, conversions, loyalty and brand awareness) and optimize strategy.
• Develop new products and increase the profitability of existing ones through diversified marketing actions responding effectively to the needs of B2B and B2C customers and taking into consideration technological innovations
• Manage and develop marketing team members abilities

Knowledge & experience
• Master degree in Marketing
• Fluency in English
• At least 10 years of expenrience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a similar role
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion…)
• Creative and analytical capabilities
• Outstanding communication (written, verbal and interpersonal)
• Excellent mastery of Marketing techniques and channels
• Proven Experience in a similar position in telecoms would be a plus
