We are looking for a Tender and Project Manager to support us remotely in acquiring and implementing newly awarded projects in international cooperation field across various regions: Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast and Senegal.
We offer a full-time consultancy contract.
Responsibilities
• Prepare competitive international donors tenders, including coordination of partners and compliance with client requirements.
• Manage the implementation of awarded tenders, ensuring efficient coordination with clients, consortium partners, and experts. Ensure budgets are adhered to, timelines are met, and resolve any implementation challenges.
• Expand networks of local partners and experts.
• Handle administrative and contractual processes, including project data management, expert contracts, logistical arrangements, and project closure.
Skills
• Master’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 2 years working on donor-funded projects.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong financial acumen with attention to detail for budgeting and reporting.
• Proficiency in managing stakeholders and fostering client-oriented relationships.
• Advanced communication skills in English (native or near-native); fluency in French is essential, Spanish is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, proactive approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
