Contract Type – 6 months internship.
Key responsibilities
Improve the Customer Experience within Maersk CX DTS by ensuring the Front Office works with its full potential to drive the transformation :
• Be the primary point of contact for the customers and ensure smooth execution (invoicing / Deliver Order issuance)
• Improve customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Improve the key performance indicators relative to Phone, Email and Chat
• Improve the self-service through the usage of Maersk Digital tools
• Improve the key performance indicators on documentation measures and information flow
• Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan including potential solutions or alternatives.
• Willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions.
• In general, actively seek out and act on continuous improvement opportunities both in relation to customers and internal / external stakeholders.
Who we are looking for:
• Knowledge of shipping, supply chain or logistics industry
• English (Intermediate-advanced)
• Excellent Stakeholder management-, interpersonal-, and communication-skills
• Energetic, Well-organized, and Self-Initiated
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Process understanding & digital proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure keeping quality in focus
