Experience
• Experience in Call Centre sales for 1 year or more.
• Experience in a quality control / supervisor / team lead position.
• Experience with CRM.
• Experience with reports.
Knowledge/skills
• Conversation evaluation.
• Skills in providing feedback.
• Analytical skills.
• Local languages, English and French fluency.
Functionality:
• Evaluating call recordings of operators.
• Providing feedback on evaluation results.
• Preparing and analysing reports.
• Forming recommendations to improve the quality of operators’ work.
• Communication with remote sites.
