Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assess loan documents of customers and verify the authenticity of the loan applicants’ information and abnormal credit risk points through telephone, online inspection, and other methods.
• Ensure the completion of credit review of accepted applications within the specified time.
• Adhere to the credit policy and guidelines of the company.
• Provide audit opinions according to the risk policy.
• Offer recommendations on whether or not to approve an application.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/Relevant certification.
• Previous experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Computer savvy.
• Must have completed academic cycle.
• Fluency in english other native Language will be an advantage
Physical Requirements
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
