Service Planning ensures that technical solutions, logistics, financials, and delivery responsibilities are aligned and committed before customer engagement or contract execution.
Scope
• Acts as the bridge between customer deal requirements and the execution teams.
• Ensures end-to-end service readiness before contractual commitments are made.
• Responsible for developing a detailed Service Implementation Plan, covering solution design, responsibilities, schedule, logistics, budget, and delivery risks.
• Runs the structured design review process to progressively refine and validate the plan.

• Preliminary Service Implementation Plan: Draft plan produced at Preliminary planning stage.

• Service Implementation Plan: Final, committed plan produced at Detailed Design Review phase.
