As Partnerships and Capacity Building Coordinator, the successful candidate will occasionally travel to country offices. The Partnerships and Capacity Building Coordinator will lead the strengthening of partner due diligence systems and procedures and the development of implementing partner capacity.

This involves updating and rolling out HA’s global partnership policy and improving partnership due diligence systems and processes, in collaboration with the Programs Department, the Compliance team, and other relevant departments. Under the guidance of the Quality and Accountability Manager, the incumbent will conduct capacity assessments and develop and implement capacity building plans for implementing partners.


To ensure rigorous risk management and adherence to quality partnerships that enable rapid and effective assistance, the Global Partnerships and Capacity Building Coordinator will establish a solid foundation of partnership models aligned with the Core Humanitarian Standard on Quality and Accountability (CHS) and localization. We ideally seek to appoint an individual to this position immediately.
