Ticketing Sales.
Position Summary
The Future Pro – Ticketing Sales will support the delivery of a seamless and engaging ticketing experience for fans across Africa. This role includes assisting with sales operations, managing ticketing platforms, coordinating group sales, and contributing to fan engagement strategies. It offers hands-on exposure to CRM systems, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, communications, and operations teams.

Major Responsibilities
Website & Sales Collateral
• Update and maintain ticketing information on the BAL website
• Assist in refreshing and organizing sales materials for different markets and products
Survey & Fan Engagement
• Monitor survey responses and help distribute sales communications based on fan interest
• Support targeted outreach and engagement efforts
Ticket Sales & Customer Support
• Assist with ticket sales via in-person, phone, and email channels
• Help fulfill ticket requests and communicate staff ticket offers
• Provide timely and courteous support for ticket-related inquiries

Inventory & Fulfillment
• Track ticket availability, manage holds, and ensure accurate seat assignments
• Print, sort, and distribute tickets to internal teams, partners, and customers
Group Sales Coordination
• Support market-based sales teams in tracking goals and performance
• Liaise with group leaders to process bulk orders, manage payments, and distribute tickets
• Assist with guest coordination on game days

CRM & Database Management
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems
• Update contact details, log transactions, and clean data lists
Reporting & Analysis
• Generate weekly and event-based sales reports
• Support basic analysis to identify trends and inform sales strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Marketing, Communications, and Operations teams to align messaging and execution

Learning & Development
Participate in mentorship and shadowing opportunities to deepen understanding of sales strategy and fan engagement


Required Skills/Knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative and relationship-oriented
• Self-starter with initiative
• Experience Needed
• 2 years of postgraduate work experience in in Business Management and/or Sales


Educational Background Required
Higher education institution (vocational school, professional degree, university degree, or master’s degree) in Business Management, Sales, or a related field
