Senior Business Developer Manager

Job Description:
Our customer is looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Business Development Manager to help him expand his construction’s projects activities in Senegal & Ivory Coast.
He/She will build market position by locating, developing, defining and strengthening business relationships
Identifies competitors and BI to collect info
Discovers and explores potential business opportunities
Analyze market strategies, business and financial models
Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating terms and conditions and integrating contract requirements with business operations
Prepares technical and commercial proposals
Skills and requirements:
· At least 15 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Ability to build report and managerial presentations
· Live in the target countries
· Background on the construction sector as contractor and promoter (plus)
· Ownership of the activity and processes: from identifying till closing or dropping opportunities
· Support the management on decisions about new opportunities and way forward along the full chain of stakeholders
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Results orientation and sense of ownership
· Capable of identifying/creating opportunities and drop the less relevant in a professional way with potential clients
· Proficiency in French and English. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
· Willingness to Relocate / Multiple Travel Abroad: based in Ivory Coast
Education:
· Engineering Graduation is a plus. BSc/BA in business administration is appreciated.
