Key responsibilities
Client Strategy and Planning:
• Manage and develop the relationship within the customer portfolio.
• Work closely with local product organization to grow and deliver revenue growth.
• For customers with specific area importance, develop account business plans that encompass ocean as well as Logistics & Services products.
Manage:
• Maintain an overview of the customers business within the geography.
• Identify and win opportunities relevant to O&L products direction setting.
• Sell standalone products depending on customer need.
Define and deliver changes to business targets based on market/asset view:
• Work with the Capacity / Campaign Manager function to formalize the commercial plans and ensure maximization of assets.
Customer satisfaction:
• Actively monitor local NPS across segments and drive local initiatives to improve customer satisfaction for all local Accounts
Manage stakeholders across the area, region and global functions:
• Actively provide feedback to the sales channel lead based on customer feedback and insights.
Skills and competencies required
• Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience within the logistics and services industry with good product, market, competition, and industry trends knowledge.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using data to drive business results.
• Proven track record in commercialization of landside services (mainly intermodal, supply chain management, customs house brokerage, warehousing, and depot services).
• Understanding and having an interest in global trade, local and international market landscape as well as industry trends.
• Strong commercial mindset and networking skills
• Strong ability to qualify leads and develop winning customer value propositions.
• Inspirational and ambitious with a high level of energy.
• Proficient in stakeholder management with proven capability to build strong networks and influence decision makers in a matrix organization structure.
• Proven ability to work as a change agent and challenge the status quo.
• Ability to influence without authority in a global organization.
• Self-starter, self-motivator, comfortable with high level of autonomy
• Good knowledge of Burkina Faso market and related intermodal corridors.
• Thoroughly understands customer drivers, needs and requirements.
• Excellent communication stills with good command in English both in written and oral.

• Team player: Teamwork across functions and geographies
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
