Main activities or tasks

Technical planning and scheduling
• Manages the collaboration between maintenance, engineering, operations and other relevant departments to ensure that all internal maintenance beneficiaries receive timely, efficient and quality work plans.
• Overseeing the creation of maintenance work plans for equipment, sub-systems, components and support equipment in Maximo, enabling the correct execution of maintenance activities including.
• Support departments with technical or procedural advice to ensure accurate asset configuration, work order management and documentation of work in Maximo.
• Manages quality control of the planning process in accordance with company guidelines.
• Responsible for the accuracy of maintenance performance indicator data.
• Provides advice and guidance in the use of Maximo to all staff on monitoring the business process for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide Maximo reports, statements and other key data as requested by management.
• Ensure the proper management and updating of the work plan library


Reliability
• Manage your department’s activities to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could have a negative impact on terminal or business operations.
• Manage an asset management plan that will improve asset reliability and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Provide advanced knowledge and technical expertise with the support of the Reliability Engineer to implement continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through fault detection and elimination.
• Supervise and support the development of technical solutions to recurring faults and any other problems that adversely affect equipment functions. These problems include issues of capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance. To fulfil this responsibility, the Reliability Engineer applies data analysis techniques that may include:
statistical analysis,
reliability, availability and maintainability,
fault tree analysis,
Weibull analysis.
• Train maintenance and operations staff on the latest PM/PDM technologies (i.e. vibration analysis, oil analysis, ultrasonic inspections, infrared, acoustic emissions, engine circuit analysis and non-destructive testing such as MPT, UT, IR).
The above outlined responsibilities are not exhaustive, and you may be required to carry out other tasks that are appropriate to your role in addition to these.

Diploma
Conception Engineer in Mechanic, Electro-mechanic or Electrical


Experience
• Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment;
• however significant practical experience will be considered;
• Familiarity with predictive technologies (Vibration, Ultrasound, Thermography, Oil analysis, NDT…) and
• Design for Reliability methods and tools (RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull, Pareto…)


Competence & Skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills in CMMS systems (Maximo), MS Excel, Projects, and
• Be able to prepare all technical planning reports.
• Have analytical skills for equipment performance reports.
• Able to use industrial diagrams and write a report.
• Perfect mastery of the computer tool (Microsoft Office, Maximo, or any similar applications, etc.).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and the major principles associated with maintenance (PM).
• Ability to reason methodically and to detect an abnormal situation.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Maximo)
• Able to prepare all technical planning reports.
• Skills analysis for equipment performance reports.
• Good leadership skills.
• Very good level of English.
