Responsibilities
As an HR intern, you will assist in various HR functions within the company, with a special focus on talent management, training, and employee well-being.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Recruitment: Assist in recruitment processes, including writing and posting job ads, CV pre-screening, and organizing interviews.
• Training: Contribute to the development and organization of training programs for employees.
• Administrative Support: Manage employee records, update HR databases, and assist in preparing employment contracts.
• Internal Communication: Assist in implementing internal communication projects to enhance employee engagement.
• HR Research: Stay updated on HR trends and propose initiatives to improve HR processes.
Profile
• Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• You are dynamic, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
• You maintain discretion and respect confidentiality.
• Previous experience (internship or project) in human resources is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt quickly and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
