Job description
Key accountabilities
• Update and file all HSE documents in HSE Management system under the supervision of the coordinator and the HSSE Manager;
• Coordinate and follow all requests for the investigations in the yard;
• Coordinate HSE training sessions for the staff and the suppliers;
• Organize training sessions and insure good documentation with list of attendees and their feedbacks;
• See to communication and give the evidences is required to the HRD;
• Set up and file the daily KPIs for HSSE Department;
• Highly invested in the monitoring of the KPIs for HSSE Department;
• Participate to the HSE risk management and evaluation;
• Expertise all investigations and HSE incident reports. Follow-up and track the correctives actions resulting
• from the incident’ investigations.


Qualifications, experiences and skills
• Master’s Degree in QHSE or equivalents.
• Experience in port handling activity (preferable)
• Mandatory 2 to 3 years
• Preferable 3 to 4 years
• Good knowledge in safety and safety management in the industrial activity or field,knowledge of computers (word, excel, PowerPoint, access),
• Knowledge in English (oral and written),
• Good communication,

Being able to:
• Mapping the technical and functional risks and estimating their criticality,
• Conduct a risk and impact analysis,
• Conduct a risk analysis using standards and standard methods
• Respect and enforce the instructions (wearing of PPE, follow-up of QHSE procedures …)
• Master the fire detection system and means of first intervention for extinguishing,
• Know QHSE standards, standards and procedures (ISO, OHSAS,…),
• Define and set up a QHSE management system (quality, hygiene, safety, environment)
• To be able to set up and control the system of control of the respect of the procedures and the methods of quality assurance (plan of audit, training and evaluation of the auditors,
• Synthesize a methodology or knowledge to capitalize and transmit
• Train employees or customers,
• Know the regulations in force in your or sector.
