Sandfields Farms Ltd is hiring a Farm Manager.

G’s produce the finest quality salads and vegetables, supplying to all the major UK and many European retailers.
The Business has bases in the UK, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Senegal and USA. It is a truly vertically integrated grower-marketing organisation, managing the entire process from growing through to production and marketing.
An opportunity has arisen for the role of Farm Manager, based in Senegal, West Africa.
G’s West Africa Farms is a rapidly expanding business, currently supplying salad onions and radish, as well as carrying out commercial trials of new crops. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Team Player who has a strong focus on growing and attention to detail to join a dedicated team. Reporting to the MD, the role will also require the ability to lead and develop people with an emphasis on Health and Safety and Food Safety, the latest agronomy and machinery advances as well as good communication skills.
The ideal person will have either a proven track record in growing or at least be able demonstrate a good knowledge of what is required to consistently deliver the highest quality fresh produce to our customers.
