Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on building relationships with corporations in Senegal, presenting them with Nixacom’s financing program, and guiding them through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with corporations that would benefit from offering tech product financing as part of their employee benefits package.
• Present Nixacom’s corporate financing solutions to HR, finance, and executive decision-makers
• Guide eligible corporations through the onboarding process, including assistance with account setup and meeting required documentation standards.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline, maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to encourage program adoption and growth.
• Collaborate closely with Nixacom’s internal teams to ensure smooth processing of corporate orders, from onboarding to product delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in finance or technology.
• Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and experience in account management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
• Knowledge of the Senegalese corporate landscape and the ability to build connections with key stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English required.
Compensation:
• This position is commission-based, with earnings directly tied to performance.
• Compensation is awarded per deal closed, based on a percentage of each sale.
