An exciting new opportunity for a Corporate Network Growth Manager has just opened at a multinational Oil & Gas organization. About the role: Location: Egypt, Senegal, Morocco, Ivory Coast We are seeking a Coporate Growth Manager who will manage Retail Network Sales & Service (RNSS) to seek Non-Fuels Business (NFB) growth opportunities per affiliate and optimize returns from land. The candidate will manage overall network NFB Capital Budget, site layouts and target ownership levels.
Responsibilities
• Manage the company’s RNSS with respect to non-fuel business opportunities, objectives and initiatives.
• Optimize and prioritize NFB growth in focus markets & key locations, whether ready or in the pipeline.
• Seek opportunities for existing land and asset sales across affiliates.
• Devise the Divestment Plan of underperforming sites per affiliate.
• Approve the required Capital Budget for retail NFB projects per affiliate in line with plans.
• Approve the Layouts for retail projects across affiliates to optimize the use of land and maximize the return from investment.
• Assist with the Car Wash expansion plan in our Service Station network.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective parties in the retail non-fuel business.
Candidates Requirements
University Degree minimum with additional Sales/Marketing qualifications.
• Proven experience in a Downstream Oil Business, particualry in Non fuel product is a must
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing with a proven record of successful development and management of Retail business across geographies.
• Strong understanding of Sales Operations & Expertise in Retail Business
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
