Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who is fluent in both English and French to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, communications, and business services. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal and external communication in both English and French. Draft and translate emails, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with clients, partners, and teams across West and East Africa.
• Business Services management: Manage the Oceanic business services.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, maintain documentation, and organize files.
• Project Support: Tracking project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and coordinating with various departments.
• Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Customer & Partner Relations: Support in maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders by providing exceptional service and communication.
Required Qualifications:
• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a business services, technology, or renewable energy company.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
• Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools, and communication platforms.
• Cultural Awareness: Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with international teams.
