About Our Client
A global healthcare organization operating in more than 100 countries, with a complex, multinational workforce. The company is currently driving a global payroll transformation to move from fragmented local payroll models to standardized, compliant, and scalable global processes.

Job Description
• Lead multi-country payroll transformation and implementation projects within global payroll program
• Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder management
• Coordinate internal teams, local finance, payroll operations, and external payroll vendors across regions
• Drive the implementation of standardized global payroll processes, controls, and segregation of duties
• Partner with local finance teams to align payroll workflows, banking processes, and reporting standards
• Oversee payroll and HCM system configuration, data uploads, reconciliations, and system alignment
• Gather, validate, and translate local payroll and time & attendance requirements into system changes
• Ensure consistency in project delivery across countries by working closely with global workstream leads
• Prepare project documentation, governance updates, and progress reporting for senior stakeholders
• Support training planning and adoption of new payroll systems, roles, and procedures

The Successful Applicant
• Strong hands-on payroll background, with exposure to payroll operations in multiple countries
• Proven experience delivering payroll transformation and/or payroll system implementations (not BAU payroll only)
• Demonstrated project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience managing payroll projects across multiple geographies
• Solid understanding of payroll controls, governance, and process standardisation
• Experience working with payroll vendors and HCM platforms (Workday preferred)
• Comfortable operating in a global environment with multiple time zones
• Fluent English communication skills
