MAN Job Ad MAN Energy Solutions SENEGAL has a vacancy for an immediate start in Senegal within the HR division for the position of Human Resources Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day HR responsibilities (contract management, payroll processing, employee queries, etc)
-A dvertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and shortlisting applicants.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assist with offer letters & contracts
-Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
-Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
-Monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.
- Support with amending/updating policies and procedures.
- recruitment efforts for students and temporary employees.
-Handling new employee orientations and monitoring the career-pathing program.
- Coordinate virtual training sessions for employees.
- Ensure competence and qualifications of the workforce by suggesting training & development initiatives according to business needs.
-Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as necessary.
- Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department concerning established goals, and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department and services performed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 4 - 6 years of Generalist HR experience
-Strong understanding of Senegalese labour laws.
- Experience with payroll administration and HR systems.
- Excellent communication skills (French & English).
