Global Sales (H/F) CMA CGM Senegal

Mission
Under the supervision of the Commercial Chief Officer, your role is to contribute to the implementation of the company’s customer-centric strategies aligned with global business objectives, focusing on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.


Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of the commercial budget and ensure the achievement of targets.
• Participate in the growth strategy and budget planning for each account in collaboration with GKAM.
• Monitor business transformation and development by identifying and cultivating new commercial opportunities.
• Manage and oversee your global sales account portfolio for the agency.
• Assist in creating account plans for each client in your portfolio.
• Plan and conduct business visits to promote all services and products offered by the CMA CGM Group.
• Build strategic partnerships with clients, at the national level and in coordination with the GKAM.
• Enhance the group’s competitive advantage by providing market feedback on rates, competition, and conditions.
• Relay pricing requests to GKAM/Commercial Support, as well as other operational requests to the Customer Service team.


Profile & Skills
• Master’s degree (Bac +5) specializing in Transport and Logistics, Marketing and Sales, Economics and Management, or Statistics.
• Strong knowledge of the shipping industry.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role with proven results.
• Advanced proficiency in business management tools and software (especially Excel).
• Excellent analytical skills (statistics, market trends, economic data, etc.).
• High levels of rigor, organization, proactivity, self-control, punctuality, interpersonal skills, boldness, creativity, leadership, communication, and influence.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Bilingual French/English (spoken and written).
