JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Executive/Sr. Executive Sales/ Metals & Mines
Reports to: Sales Head

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for analyzing the sales potential, customer needs, market opportunities and pricing of products, services & Goods in West Africa

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.
- Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market.
- Administer entire sales process identify target customers, push sales and complete sale process.
- Manage Sales engagements to design strategies to acquire more business deals.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify customer requirements for translating them into product specifications
- Driving internal and external communications.
- Hold meetings with clients and clearly communicate our company profile and offerings to them.
- Analyze market from time to time and present reports about the present & expected future scenario .Generate new quality customers
- Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Logistics, Production, Quality, Dispatch, Finance & Accounts Team

External: Data Consultants, Customers, Buyers, Competitor Mapping Agencies

QUALIFICATIONS, AGE
Technical + Sales & Marketing Study Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales of technical products into West Africa.
Should be confident, result oriented and able to work independently and well under pressure. Should have a go getter attitude.
