Main responsibilities
• Sampling and analysis of RO & treated water.
• Sampling and analysis of engine cooling water.
• Sampling, analysis and control of boiler, feed and condensate water.
• Sampling and analysis of raw and cooling tower circuit water including control of parameters.
• Monitoring of RO plant and side stream filter operation.
• Monitoring and controlling parameters of Engine CW, Cooling tower, Boiler FW, Cond. Water, Steam, Treated Water, RO water.
• Maintain the sufficient inventory of chemicals.
• Data logging and results reporting.
• Calibration and maintenance of the lab instrument.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Responsible for housekeeping of the lab.
• Carry out any other job assigned to him from to time.
Education & experience
• Qualification: BSc Chemistry
• 5 years of relevant work experience
Skills & Competencies: General:
• Experience in Operation and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants.
• Handson experience in checking parameters of HRSGs, RO Plant, Raw water, Lube Oil.
• Understanding of workplace safety.
• Good communication.
• Cost awareness & effectiveness.
• Professional skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Reporting & Analysing Skills.
