Your role
Regional expert on all digital product under responsibility, drive deployment & adoption according to Digital Agency targets and contributes to perform global contribution under taskforces.


What are you going to do?
Deployment of new features / products
• Execute all required deployment plan related to all digital products under responsibility (Trainings, webinars, internal communication, network animation)
• Drive action’s plan to increase adoption on all digital products under scorecard targets
Monitor Regional / Country performance
• Analyze available data to transform ambition into operational action’s plan targeting rights customer segments
• Execute all local actions’s plans relevant to perform on eCommerce Target (Customer meeting, lead&opportunity conversion, external webinars, network animation…)
• Offer clear report to management according to eCommerce scorecard
Product expertise on all digital products under responsibility
• Collect / centralize evolutions request and business opportunity
• Perform regular internal touchpoint to maintain digital knowledge of network
• Support agency & customers on escalated cases
• Promote Digital Agency eLearnings
Taskforce global contribution
• Take responsibility on 1 or more taskforce streams (updated documentation, marketing request, eLearning content, communication, functional qualification, business intelligence, benchmark & support)
• Contributes to all transversal actions expected by stream leaders

Who are we looking for?
• Preferably Master’s degree in business administration,Digital Marketing,eCommerce, IT
or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or project management
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (websites, APIs, EDI, mobile apps) and their integration into the customer journey.
• Customer centric mindset with strong interest for digital transformation and customer experience.
• Results-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
