• Customers engagement on phone
• Attend to customers issues
• Resolve customer complaint
• Follow up on Customers complaint
• Proper documentation of customers information
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
• OND,HND,BSC holders only
• Good communication skills
• Customer Service Experience
• Proficient knowledge of MS office.
• Attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Computer savvy.
• Must have completed NYSC service.
• Fluency in other native Language will be an advantage

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
