-JOB PURPOSE: Provide frontline sales and Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) supervision functions.
-KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Target Achievement / Zero balance of VSR account / Product Display & Visibility in Retail Outlets / Appropriate Reporting / Accurate route planning and management / Availability – Ease of contact via phone or in person / Following instructions from Branch Manager
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
(a) Minimum Education:
A recognized diploma / degree with 1-5 years’ experience in sales or FMCG industry in Ghana.
(b) Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
-Good communication skills
-Can work with customers & sales team
-Can pass on market feedback to Reporting Manager
-Ability to identify opportunities
-Can create weekly visit plans and daily reports
-Basic knowledge of Outlook (Email), MS Word and Excel
