JOB OPENING – HR Intern (French / English).
We are currently looking for a Bilingual HR Intern (French/English) to support our HR department in daily operations. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Support HR administration (employee files, contracts, certificates)
• Assist with attendance follow-up (absences, lateness, justifications)
• Support payroll preparation (variable elements)
• Assist recruitment activities (CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)
• Support HR communication and reporting in French and English
• Participate in meetings and presentations when required
Profile Required
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Management, or related field
• Good command of Excel and MS Office tools
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
• Good communication and public speaking skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and proactive
