The position
These are your key tasks:
• Set up a checklist of documents needed to approve, implement, and close forward projects.
• Set up a monitoring system to ensure deadlines are met and reminders sent on time especially or Devco, 11 criterias and other forward projects.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, workshops, activities etc.
• Research and information gathering to set up a system for permanently updating the factsheet of all the West African MAs with digitized documents, images, videos and presentations.
• Support on standardizing the interaction with both the MAs and other colleagues in the MA division by digitalizing the workflow for managing forward projects from planning to closure.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

• A final year student in bachelor/master or recent graduate
• Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is an asset
