JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. After receiving the demand from department, conduct personnel selection and interview according to the recruitment period, follow up the interview and candidate entry process, and ensure that candidate join in time.
2. Track and record the entire recruitment process, fill in the recruitment schedule sheet.
3. Maintain existing recruitment channels, keep contacting and communicating with channel suppliers, pay attention to the effects provided by channel supplies, and conduct regular analysis of the effectiveness of the recruitment channels.
4. Continuously expand new recruitment channels and service suppliers according to the recruitment effect of each position and the characteristics of the position to ensure the flexibility and effectiveness of recruitment channels.
5. Accept relevant inquiries from employees and explain the company's remuneration and welfare policies and calculation process.
6. Finish the monthly salary calculation on time and handle abnormal incidents of salary accounting.
7. Guide the implementation of performance appraisal of various depts each month and promote performance collection work.
8. Responsible for reviewing the collected and summarized performance evaluation files, and accepting performance complaints and feedback.
9. Handle employee relationship events in various departments, such as dismissal, resignation, warning letter/warning letter application, etc, and inform recruitment officer to prepare for the dept replacement demand.
10. Put forward rectification opinions and supervise improvements to the corresponding problem departments in response to the problems reported by employees daily.
11. Maintain the employee file management work, and carry out regular updates, sorting, and storage.
12. Manage employee Labor contracts and probation confirmation work.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
2. Three years of experience, at least two years in microfinance industry experience, and two years of related job experience.
3. Familiar with related laws documents of the specific country.
