1. SFL has secured funding for the implementation of rehabilitation of feeder roads damaged spots caused by the rain, flooding, movement of overloaded trucks and other reasons.

2. The activity aimed at bringing positive impact in the livelihoods of the local community including improving the marketing of agricultural products in Senegal, The Gambia and Guinea-Bissau through market access and their connections and to good agricultural inputs and practices. As part of the implementation of this project activity SFL intends to contract a company/s for the rehabilitation of the mentioned feeder roads that will include the following specific activities. The rehabilitation work consists of:

• Conduct technical assessments, identify damaged spots of the existing road, implement leveling;
• Backfilling that will allow the leveling to the appropriate technical conditions;
• Compacting with compactor machines.
