We’re hiring a Country Regulatory Manager!

You will use your research/agricultural experience to serve as a team member in the Regulatory and Stewardship Team team to obtaing regulatory approvals for Corteva Agriscience’s products in West Africa, and to manage regulatory/stewardship compliance in areas of influence.

To Grow What Matters
You Will Need
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or scientific related field plus 2-4 years industry related experience required.
• Experience in the crop protection industry or related discipline.
• Proven ability to make timely decisions, solve problems and build consensus.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills are required for fostering teamwork, enhancing a good working environment, and effectively developing strong working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Ability to supervise/handle multiple tasks at one time is critical
• Always comply with Corteva Agriscience values’ and country laws, lead in way which will inspire all team members and follow the example.
• High workload with long hours, regular travelling and weekend work during seasonal peaks.
• Good scientific writing skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and French languages.

• Works with Regulatory and Commercial Business Teams to obtain regulatory approvals timely, and efficiently.
• Prepare regulatory submissions independently and in a timely manner.
• Manage regulatory policy developments that have potential business impact.
