Description

As part of its establishment in Senegal, the Shy Performance Customer Relations Center is recruiting an experienced Planning and Statistics Officer for its new site located in Mermoz on the old runway opposite the Pathé Cinema.

The Planning and Statistics Officer is responsible for all matters relating to the management of the production campaign and the distribution of working time.

Responsibilities

Daily monitoring of production and team attendance through segmented hourly reporting,
Monitor the distribution of working time of production teams,
Propose and update production data tracking files
Open tickets and track their resolutions
Provide TDBs and continuously improve them
Generate salary elements
Ensure the execution of regulatory procedures and quality standards put in place.
Skills, Eligibility and Qualifications

Hold a BAC + 2/3 in Management or equivalent diplomas,
Minimum 02 years of experience as a Reporting, Planning and Statistics manager.
Perfect mastery of Excel with Power BI desired.
Have a strong appetite for numbers
Proposal strength and problem solving
Know how to maintain Reporting, Sales Dashboard
Mastery of HERMES Desired.
Sense of discretion and confidentiality
