Role Description
This is an on-site contract role based in Dakar for a Sales Development Specialist. The individual in this role will engage in prospecting, identifying, and qualifying leads to generate new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects. The role also involves consistently collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet company goals.
Qualifications
• Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects and drive opportunities
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and address client needs effectively
• Experience in Sales Management to oversee and improve sales strategies and processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dakar and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with financial services or compliance sectors is an advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and French, is a plus
