Tostan’s mission is to empower communities to develop and realize their vision of the future and to inspire large-scale movements towards dignity for all. Tostan is a non-profit organization based in Thies, Senegal, operating in five West African countries (Senegal, Guinea, Mali, Guinea-Bissau, Gambia).

• You have a Degree in social sciences, education or more than 4 years’ experience in the field of training/facilitation or other related field;
• a Diploma or in-depth experience in the field of writing and editing in English and French; fluency in FrenchandEnglish;
• Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in a Training Center or program, NGO, International Organization or Social Enterprise in Senegal or Africa;
• Experience working in international as well as rural environments.
