ATL Campaign Management
• Responsible for brand placement and effectiveness evaluation across traditional media including television, radio, outdoor advertising, newspapers and magazines;
• Develop annual media placement strategies ensuring alignment with headquarters’ brand positioning;
• Liaise with media agencies to optimise budget efficiency;
• Oversee all outdoor advertising placements, including those in other provinces, whilst conducting competitor billboard monitoring;
Below-the-Line (BTL) Campaign Management
• Plan and execute offline events, including stadium refurbishments, campus activities, and dealer events;
• Manage event execution teams and third-party suppliers (stage design, materials, production companies, etc.);
• Collect and analyse event feedback data to enhance conversion rates;
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration
• Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with sales objectives;
• Liaise with digital marketing teams to achieve integrated online-offline communications;
• 7.Support retail operations with essential material printing and supplier coordination;
Budget and Process Management
• Oversee event budgeting, cost control, and ROI assessment;
• Establish and refine event execution workflows and standardised management systems;
• Submit relevant FOL expense claims and finish the necessary process;
• Urban Management Fee Management and Supplier Management
• Administer and record urban management fees;
• Develop a supplier resource database.
Qualification Required:
• Fluent in English;
• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing campaign management (experience in mobile/FMCG/electronics sectors preferred);
• Familiarity with Senegalese media and channel resources, government relations, and possessing a strong professional network;
• Proven track record in executing large-scale ATL campaigns and BTL implementation projects;
• Demonstrated team management capabilities, with the ability to independently coordinate multiple project executions.
