About the program
Our Management Trainee Program is a 6-month intensive experience designed to provide a robust foundation for smart Graduates who desire to build careers in different functions within the marketing space.
The program combines on the job, classroom, and soft skills training to equip participants with the tools and knowledge required to succeed in Octoplus Marketing
An offer of full-time employment with Octoplus Marketing is guaranteed for candidates who successfully scale through the Management Trainee Program.


Job responsibilities
A typical day on the job will involve

• Collaborate with Head of Digital Marketing to assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Gain hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, web and app.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, engage with the audience, and help develop social media accounts, engage with the audience, and help develop social media content calendars.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including creatives and developers to ensure digital marketing efforts are integrated and aligned.


Requirements
• Candidate must reside in Dakar, Senegal
• BSc from a reputable institution with at least a Second class upper (2.1) degree in Marketing,
• Business, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Be between the ages of 19 – 30 years.
• 0 – 1 year work experience.
• Must be fluent in French and intermediate level English.
• Google digital marketing certificate is a plus.
• Must be open to learning and sharing ideas.
