Description
As part of its establishment in Senegal, the Shy Performance Customer Relations Center is recruiting an experienced Stage Manager for its new site located in Mermoz on the old runway opposite the Pathé Cinema.
The Floor Manager is responsible for a team of 6 to 8 Supervisors with at least 100 sales advisors for the sale of mobile packages.
Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of production and team attendance,
Ensure that the plateau's turnover is achieved by ensuring individual and collective performance objectives are met,
Ensure the skills development and support of your team of Supervisors: Individual monitoring, onboarding and ongoing training,
Hold monthly COPIL meetings and weekly COPROD Reviews
Supervise, lead and motivate your team to create a positive and stimulating atmosphere geared towards exceeding objectives,
Ensure the execution of regulatory procedures and quality standards put in place.
Global workforce management in legal interaction with HR departments: career plan, training, sanctions, motivation and recognition
Skills, Eligibility and Qualifications
Hold a BAC + 4/5 in Management or equivalent diplomas,
Proposal strength and problem solving
Change management and innovation
Perfect mastery of sales techniques and highly developed commercial sense,
Experience required as a Platform Manager in a B to C outbound call customer relations center with a minimum of 2 years in the position,
Know how to maintain Reporting, Sales Dashboard
Perfect mastery of coaching techniques,
Proficiency in Excel , PPT and Power BI
Excellent oral and written communication,
Leadership, teacher and stage host,
Good communication and interpersonal skills,
