Dynava AB (Samres) www.dynava.se is an international Nordic costumer service partner based in Finland and Sweden. We offer our clients various customer service solutions such as booking trips, getting customer support, or receiving any other support to be able to carry out a task.
We operate call centers in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, The republic of Moldova and in Senegal.

We started our operations in Dakar in 2012 where our operators handle customer communications using different channels including incoming phone calls, chat, email, etc.
The working language is Swedish which is why we start with an 10-month intensive language training prior to employment.
