Your mission as a Project Manager.
Your main role will be to ensure the success and performance of your project. You will be responsible for:

Project management :
• Guarantee the quality of customer relations by achieving the objectives set with management.
• Analyze project performance indicators (profitability, volume, quality) and define necessary action plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS).
• Manage setups of new activities and ensure availability of human and technical resources.
Customer relationship management:
• Prepare and lead customer meetings (COPROD, COPIL) and site visits.
• Ensure clear and regular reporting, while adding value to the project.
Team management and development:
• Manage, motivate and support your supervisors and their teams to ensure they develop their skills.
• Identify training needs and contribute to talent retention.
• Communicate the company’s values and strategy while maintaining a collaborative work environment.

The profile we’re looking for
We’re looking for talent with :
• At least 3 years’ higher education.
• Significant project management experience, ideally in a call center environment.
• Solid data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• The ability to take on challenges, make proposals and rally people around common objectives.
• Language skills: French and English fluency written and verbal
