For one of our clients, a major actor in the global mining industry, we are actively looking for a Sales Developer West Africa based in Ivory Coast !
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell our clients' products and services to Distributors and Direct customers
- Ensure the corporate minimum pricing and margin is respected
- Manage and support distributors (pricing, targets, contract management, etc.
- Visit and develop direct customers and end-users with distributors
- Respond to tenders with support from technical support
- Manage AR, credit limits and payment terms
- Keep and constantly update the customer database
- Implement marketing actions
- Manage full claims process
SKILLS & PROFILE
- Technical or Mechanical Education (Mining engineer)
- Minimum 5 years of field experience
- Experience in both direct sales and managing distributors
- Deep knowledge of the mining industry in West Africa
- Computer Skills: MS Office and en ERP (Oracle is an asset)
- Fluent in French, English is a must. Arabic is an asset
- Willing to extensively travel in the sales region
- Not a 9-5 mentality and able to work under pressure
- Great social skills and ability to communicate with local staff, customers and third parties
- Integrity, ethic, and respect of the company values of respect
