Responsibility Description:
Be responsible for the delivery project management of major and extraordinary projects. Ensure that the project is delivered according to the contract, the project profitability, project delivery quality, and customer satisfaction. As the project manager, be responsible for all project delivery management in the whole process from early involvement, preparation, establishment, implementation to project closure.
A. Ensure that the project is delivered according to the contract requirements, customer expectations, and quality requirements.
B. Build the project team, coordinate resources, and ensure that resources are in place and released in time.
C. Control the project plan progress and budget to ensure that the project achieves the delivery and profit targets.
D. Control project risks and escalate major issues to the sponsor and management for help.
