Small business owners rely on lenders who charge extortionate rates. Parents spend hours waiting in line to pay school fees in cash.
How we're solving it:
We're building financial services to work as they should: no account fees, instantly available and accepted everywhere.
In places where electricity, water and roads don't always function, we're creating financial infrastructure that "just works."

How you'll help us achieve it
The Office Manager coordinate and oversee administrative duties in an office, and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Its responsibilities generally include duties like managing office supplies, overseeing other administrative staff, owning budgets, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing general office operation.
• Ensure the smooth running of an office day to day basis and manage a team of administrative and support staff
• Implementing and Maintaining procedures / office administrative systems
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
• Managing office budget
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
• Ordering stationery and furniture
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
• Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
• Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Key details
• Location: You'll work from our office in Dakar, with occasional travel to field locations.
• You must have work authorization in Senegal.
• This is a permanent position.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree, an associate degree or professional training in Administration or logistics
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Speak both French and Wolof fluently.
• Computer proficiency
• 5 years’ experience in similar position.
