Responsibilities

• Interpret design briefs in terms of requirements and needs - and produce working design concepts in quick turnaround time
• Design across all digital assets, e.g. website, web applications, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media and other digital media
• Design, layout and format marketing and communications materials across the organisation
• Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas for Tiered campaigns
• Amend final designs to feedback comments and gain full approval
• Work as part of a team/closely with designers, copywriters, category managers, merchandizers etc.

Profile Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience with strong organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Ability to interact, understand design briefs and present solutions, as well as communicate and present ideas
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
• Highly proficient in all design aspects, as well as attention to details and prioritise design workflow
• Professionalism, attention to details and deadline oriented
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and improve - no big egos required.
• Understanding of UI/UX
