Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and support a team of sales agents. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and proven experience in phone sales. This role also includes handling basic paperwork and administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed performance targets
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to company scripts and procedures
• Assist team members with difficult calls or customer situations
• Handle paperwork such as sales reports, attendance logs, and lead tracking
• Coordinate with management to implement new strategies or sales campaigns
• Ensure the team maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Train new hires and facilitate onboarding processes
• Resolve internal team issues and support employee development
Requirements:
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in phone sales or telesales
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
• Basic administrative and documentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with , spreadsheets, and call tracking tools is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
