UMO Intérim is hiring a Senior Customer Service Representative H/F.
As a customer service representative, you will act as a liaison between our customers and the operations team, providing information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Your responsibilities
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Constantly meet monthly targets through team spirit and improved customer services.
• Identify and assess customers needs
• Proactively contact dormant customers directly to resolve any pending issues;
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in customer service role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Demonstrated professional etiquette and manners, improving positive feedback immediately.
• Ability to contribute to sales increase
• Ability to work with multiple Vendors
• Good communication, interpersonal, and management-skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Relevant Certifications
