ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Research Executive will assist and collaborate in the design, execution and delivery of projects. The incumbent will be responsible for specific project related tasks with the guidance of seniors.

Proposal process:

Responsible for project design, management and execution
Responsible for specific project related functions including writing proposals, designing questionnaires, samples design and tab specs
Gather and check cost quotations against specification
Project Management:

Ensure implementation of the best and fastest project schedules and processes
Responsible for orderly & effective process and quality documentation
Develop project related materials
Key contact for liaison with the Project management team
Effectively communicate project needs the Project management team
Update seniors on progress and problem as and when occur on active projects
Approve itinerary provided for Field & DP team

Analysis/Reporting:

Work with team to analyse findings to meet client needs
Thoroughly check data before commencement of charting
Work with team to generate insights and recommendations to meet client needs
Collect general client information (e.g., newspaper articles/industry reports) to share with team and input to analysis
Responsible for timely and quality deliverables
Ability to analyse data patterns in detail to understand significance and identify appropriate action (Quality Assurance)
Leadership, team and people management:

Ensure directions are clear and questions where appropriate
Proactively responsible for their own learning and development

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Completed tertiary education – Completed tertiary education – degree in Marketing, eg. B Com/B Bus Sc (preferably Hons); ie Licence en marketing, économie, statistiques ou sciences sociales, de préférence avec mention
Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in the research industry
Languages – English & French proficient written & verbal
Research acumen
Marketing knowledge and a thorough understanding of marketing research principles
Analytical ability with proven numeracy skills
Computer literacy – proficiency on all MS Office packages
Business writing skills
Presentation skills
Basic commercial skills (cost and time management)
Strong attention to detail
Organization and Administration skills
Project Management skills
