We are looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our smartphone business in the Touba region. This role is critical in driving market growth, strengthening distribution networks, and turning around underperforming territories.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and highly execution-oriented, with solid experience in the mobile phone industry.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Regional Growth
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Deliver consistent growth in sales volume, revenue, and market share.
• Ensure strong execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
Manage Sales Performance
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sell-in and sell-out targets.
• Analyze sales data by model, channel, and territory.
• Implement fast corrective actions to address performance gaps.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and improve stock rotation.
Strengthen Distribution Network
• Manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Expand retail coverage and improve channel penetration.
• Ensure strong in-store visibility and POS execution.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing dynamics.
Lead & Develop the Team
• Lead, coach, and supervise the regional sales team.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure discipline and execution.
• Build a culture of accountability and performance.
• Provide product and sales training to improve team capability.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to management.
• Share actionable market insights and competitor analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with key regional stakeholders.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mobile phone sales or fast-moving distribution.
• Proven experience managing or turning around a regional market.
• Strong analytical skills (sales tracking, inventory management, forecasting).
• Hands-on leadership style with strong field presence.
• Target-driven and able to perform under pressure.
• Fluency in English and French (local language is an advantage).
