Job Summary: As a Promoter, you will actively represent and promote our brand, products, or services to a diverse audience. Your goal is to generate interest, engage with potential customers, and contribute to increasing sales and customer loyalty.


Key Responsibilities
• Brand Representation: Promote the Tecno’s brand, products, and services in a positive and engaging manner at events, exhibitions, and in stores.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers directly, providing information, answering questions, and offering demonstrations of products or services.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, product launches, or sales campaigns.
• Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and monitor market trends to help inform promotional strategies.
• Sales Support: Drive sales by actively promoting offers, deals, or limited-time promotions.
• Social Media Engagement: Support digital marketing campaigns by creating awareness and engaging with followers on social media platforms.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on the success of promotional activities and contribute insights for future campaigns.

Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotions is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and a passion for marketing. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools is an advantage.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and travel to different locations for promotional events.
